I had a whirlwind 0f a weekend, getting a ton of organizing projects completed and enjoying a fabulous home-cooked Valentine’s Day dinner with the boyfriend. The menu? I’m glad you asked:
- Grilled free-range dry-aged steaks that were to. die. for.
- Salad of roasted beets and greens, tossed in olive oil and fresh pepper
- A creamy but firm truffled Italian cheese as well as the Monocacy Silver Goat Cheese from Cherry Glen Farms
- Chocolate-covered strawberries (homemade, of course)
It was all good, but the cheeses were incredible. The boyfriend really hit the ball out of the park with those selections.
Yum. A good reward for a weekend of hard work.
I’ll be sharing my projects during the week, but for now I’ve posted more photos from my Colorado adventures over at my personal adventure blog!

Your pictures from Colorado are amazing! My Aunt and Uncle live in the mountains outside Fort Collins on a ranch and the land is scattered with these rock outcroppings!
Really loving the coloring you achieved in these images!
