The Borrowed Abode’s kitchen has been busy since Sunday. I’ve been whipping up a slew of tasty meals that are pretty much guilt-free.
Why? Because this crazy girl decided to take a fourth attempt at the 21 Day Cleanse – a short-term diet to get the body and mind to embrace wellness. It just so happens that diet excludes all animal products, wheat gluten, sugars (except from fruits), caffeine, and alcohol. Sounds like a great idea Jane. I might do such a thing once my baby is safely out. Even though losing the caffeine might kill me, unless he can’t handle it. I think my diet will be determined by the baby’s tolerance for certain things in his milk. huh.
