Ikea. In Style.

 This weekend I shimmied into a sequined and lacy little black dress and the boyfriend donned his best black suit . . . and we went to Ikea.  Yes, we’re just that classy.

 Ok, ok.  Enough funny business.  Only I would want to go to Ikea en route to a wedding.  Don’t laugh – it’s worth it to avoid making a separate trip in DC traffic!  And I had to get some shelves so I could do this:

Details to follow.  And if you’re curious?  I did not wear those flip-flops to the wedding.  I donned some killer 4-inch heels that destroyed my feet.  No pain, no gain, right?
