Good evening! Since I spent most of the weekend updating Janery, I thought a shop update should take the place of a Weekend Roundup post.
There’s a new item in the shop, my waterproof and reversible coasters! I’ve been dying to show you these – I love that I was able to take a rather typical design but make it waterproof! Because there’s no point in using fabric coasters if liquid can just seep through them, right?
The triangle “origami” side actually slips over the foot of any wine or stemmed glass! How’s that for a lazy-person’s coaster?
The other sides of the coasters are one solid piece of fabric.
And don’t forget, an interior layer of waterproof fabric keeps moisture from seeping through to your furniture.
The coasters, paired with some coordinating flour sack towels, make a great gift set!
Wait, what’s that? I think I heard some wings fluttering! Look what else just flew into the shop:
In case you give a hoot, owls are here for a limited time. They’re squishy and cuddly and fuzzy – the guy above has blue eyes and wings sewn from upcycled cashmere.
Others, like this girl below, have minky fleece and felted wool accents.
I’m gearing up for a Post-Thanksgiving sale, so subscribe to my newsletter for advance notice!
Thanks for taking time to visit me today!
