I recently came up with a fun and easy champagne cocktail, and when I realized that Valentine’s day was right around the corner – I thought I should share it with you! I tried to photograph it, and I’m so sorry but apparently my photos aren’t that fabulous. Trust me, though. The cocktail itself is fab.
Mix It Up:
1 tbsp strawberry puree
1/2 tsp Absolut Hibiscus vodka
lemon zest or twist
1 glass dry champagne
- If you don’t have a citrus zester tool, you can use the veggie peeler to snag a twist of lemon peel. Place the peel in the glass.
- Add the strawberry purée and the hibiscus vodka.
- Slowly pour the champagne into the glass. Careful! If you pour too fast it may bubble over.
And there you have it: An easy but fancy cocktail that’s good for Valentine’s Day – or any other day!
